The “That’s Not Right” Policy
At DeadNote Apparel, we want you to love what you’re wearing — almost as much as you love that one song you’ve listened to 400 times this year. If something’s wrong, we’ll fix it. No passive aggression, no lengthy email chain. Just a straightforward resolution, which is more than most band breakups offer.
We offer refunds for:
- Items that arrived incorrectly — wrong size or wrong design
- Damaged or defective products — because that kind of imperfection isn’t the aesthetic we’re going for
Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase. To get the ball rolling, contact us at hello@sonicsynthaustralia.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We’ll take it from there.
